All,
I have received 2 inquiries both from Managers as to what shall we do with regards to the continues pouring of rain and a possible rise of water at the parking lot and other zone areas.
I just talked with Mr. Fel Sabang. They are in constant watch of our water level at the parking lot as well as with our other water reservoir.
If you have people whom you think would be very difficult for them to commute or who lived in areas where usually is flooded especially with the continuous rain where the water is obviously rising as the night is nearing (and it can even get worst tomorrow) can file an emergency leave subject to your approval. This is a case to case basis. They would be the best judge for their safety and convenience.
Our Silv era do can assist in bringing our employees to the gate-jeepney terminal.

All,
In as much as both the Canteen Concessionaire and TER wanted to terminate the Service Contract immediately, we are bounded by the Termination clause which states that “the contract maybe terminated for cause by either party provided prior written notice of termination is issued…”
The termination letter will be issued today. In a meeting this morning between representatives from the Canteen Concessionaire, myself and Ms. Lisa Salagol, both parties have agreed that the existing concessionaire will serve until July 7, 2007. Inventory and turn-over to the new concessionaire will happen on the same day.
Stop any unprofessional comments and behavior towards the canteen employees as this may give us more risk….
