Now isn’t it unfair to ask 11.2 M from us when at most, you’ll most probably fetch around 8 million at most for this dingy property. Your scam is ridiculous, tormenting weasel. Be gone, or I will have to charge you with lawsuit of estafa, malpractice, and numerous offenses against the building code of the Philippines as provisioned by the P.D. 220 and enacted by R.A. 6541 under the title “The National Building Code of the Philippines”….

Tama po ktekjoy, its BP… sa Pagkakaalala ko si late President Marcos ang gumawa nito, making it into a “batas Pambansa” number 220. about dun sa PD 1096, yep its the building code, with everything in it. tapos yung RA 6541 is the Act to Ordain a National building code. without the Act to Ordain, there would have been no building code, or if there would be, it will be drafted from the building code of the united states.

Gusto ko sanang mag-Engg pero hindi un ang first choice kong course sa first choice kong university. Though Engg sana ang course ko kung dun ako sa fourth choice kong university pumasok. Kaya ang kinuha ko na lang is Business Ad kasi un ang first choice kong course sa first choice kong univ!
And since investments ang “forte” ng mga studyante sa course ko, having been through a Feasibility Studies course, I know at least the basics of purchasing or canvasing for those non-current assets such as land and building.
Mind you, the basics only
Na-eestimate ko lang kung anong size ng isang square meter syempre kelangan un para malaman kung feasible ba isang project
Punta ka sa mga buy and sell sites then look for Real Estate Properties if you like to check the market figures.
