Inday: It’s chicken, it’ll be done in just a second!

Inday: Excuse me!! This is not your run-of-the-mill chicken.

Inday: May I present to you… Inocencia Chicken. Feast your eyes onto this fine-looking gloriously browned roast chicken sprinkled lightly with salt and pepper. The crisp skin made by smearing butter onto it before roasting.

Mr. Montemayor: Wooowwww!

Inday: Regale your olfactory nerves on the savory aroma expelled by this big chicken, often labeled as roasters. Unlike smaller ones when roasted, by the time the skin reaches an appealing color, its breast meat is already cooked past its prime. However, a roaster reaches perfection inside and out at the same time.

Inday: You don’t slice an Inocencia Chicken Junior, you carve it.

Inday: The skin has been loosened and chopped cilantro is pushed under it, cilantro sprigs are placed in the body cavity as well as some ginger and garlic. While being roasted, the chicken has been basted with a mixture of soy sauce, ginger, cilantro, vinegar, mirin, hoisin, and sesame oil with shiitake mushroom and chopped onions. Bon Appetit!

Mr, Mrs. and Junior: Yummmyyy!!
