analgesic, anti-pyretic, anti-inflammatory at anti-platelet ang classification ng Aspirin, kumbaga…. pang prevent ng blood clot kaya di pede magbigay si inday ng aspirin, baka sakali, acetamenophen pwede pa, lol.
kung hanap mo para sa blood clot, streptokinase at derivatives ang gusto mo.

di ka pwedeng mabigay ng aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) pag me active bleeding (in the brit guy’s case epistaxis aka nosebleeding). pag may headache usually eh NSAIDs (nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs) ang binibigay.

inday di ba nagtapos ka na nursing sa UST? di ka pwede magbigay ng aspirin pag may bleeding because aspirin is an anti-platelet which could further aggreviate hemorrhage…;-D
pero anyweiz napatawa mo ako kaya go girl! wag mo lang kaming lahat mapa-nosebleed at baka we would all die from hypovolemic shock…. hehehehehe….

acetylsalicylic acid aka ASA aka Aspirin makes the blood thinner and may result to bleeding. inday must have know this, maybe he wanted that brit’s nose to bleed or somewhat.
