translation: wag pakinggan ung sinasabi/kinakanta at gawing basehan ung beat. mas madali daw kapag sinasabayan ung beat sa pagtap ng paa or pag-nod ng head. tapos ung unang measure ng 4 beats ay sasabayan mo at ung isa pang measure ng 4 beats ay pakikinggan mo lang.
